Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a Customer Care & Property Management Coordinator to join our team. This dual-focus role is the heartbeat of our property operations, bridging the gap between new home delivery in our latest development and long-term tenant satisfaction in our established portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that every new home is move-in ready and that our existing residents receive prompt, professional support throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Care & New Home Delivery
    • Deficiency Management: Lead initial walkthroughs to identify finishing requirements and ensure homes meet our quality benchmarks.
    • Trade Coordination: Schedule and oversee sub-contractors to resolve deficiencies and complete repairs on strict timelines.
    • Homeowner Relations: Facilitate official homeowner walkthroughs, providing a seamless and celebratory move-in experience while managing service expectations.

    Property Management & Tenant Relations

    • Maintenance Operations: Coordinate regular repairs and maintenance, ensuring all work is scheduled with minimal disruption to residents.
    • Emergency Response: Act as a key point of contact for emergency calls, ensuring swift resolution to urgent property issues.
    • Trade Oversight: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and trades to ensure high-quality workmanship and cost-effective property upkeep.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Background in customer service, residential construction, or property management is essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with building systems and the ability to discuss technical repairs with trades and contractors.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Organizational Mastery: A high level of detail-orientation and the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously.
  • Availability: Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency property responses.
