Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000
Position Summary
This role works closely with Sales & Marketing, Development, and Construction teams to ensure design vision, functionality, and project goals are aligned throughout all phases. The ideal candidate combines strong design creativity with technical expertise, contributing to high-quality, market-driven spaces while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Typical Responsibilities
- Lead and support the development and execution of interior design across a portfolio of residential projects, from concept through completion.
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales & Marketing, Development, and Construction to ensure design intent, functionality, constructability, and project positioning remain aligned throughout all phases.
- Collaborate with the design team to deliver innovative, highly creative, and thoughtfully executed interior design solutions that reflect Landa’s quality and brand standards.
- Prepare detailed construction drawing packages, specifications, finish schedules, and millwork documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants including architects, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.
- Source and recommend finishes, fixtures, appliances, furniture, and FF&E selections aligned with project vision, budget, and market positioning.
- Develop design presentations, mood boards, material boards, and space studies using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Revit, or other rendering programs.
- Review floorplans and layouts to optimize functionality, livability, storage, and buyer appeal.
- Partner with Construction teams to review shop drawings, mock-ups, site progress, deficiencies, and installation quality.
- Participate in constructability reviews and value engineering discussions while maintaining overall design integrity.
- Support Sales & Marketing initiatives including presentation centres, display suites, renderings, brochures, and other buyer-facing materials.
- Manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment, working both collaboratively and independently.

Typical Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of interior design experience, ideally within residential or mixed-use development.
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related discipline.
