Landa Global Announces New Acquisition for Townhome Development Site on Granville Street

Vancouver, March 18, 2025 — Landa Global Properties has just finalized the acquisition of a prime development site at 7576 Granville Street, on the southeast corner of Granville and Park Drive in Vancouver’s Marpole neighborhood. The site, formerly home to single-family lots, was purchased with an existing concrete foundation and parkade that will soon be transformed into a collection of thoughtfully designed townhomes.

Spanning more than 23,000 square feet, the site offers an exciting opportunity to bring Landa Global’s hallmark vision of excellence to a new collection of 17 townhomes, with upgrades to the original plan for interiors and exteriors. This will be a signature project for Landa on a high-traffic street and a gateway from Vancouver to Richmond.

Landa Global has a proven track record of delivering luxury, boutique mixed-use projects in Vancouver’s West Side, including the recently completed Raphael in West Point Grey, Chateau Laurier in Shaughnessy, completed in 2019.

Additionally, Landa Global has completed such notable mixed-use development projects as Main & 20th and Cascade City in Richmond, and they have two major projects currently under construction: 1818 Alberni in the West End, as well as Lucent, a 26-storey tower in Surrey.

Completion of the townhomes is estimated for the mid-2026.
