Landa Global Celebrates First Concrete Pour at Siena in Burnaby Heights

BURNABY, BC – August 14, 2026 – Landa Global Properties, in partnership with Glenhouse Properties, has reached an important construction milestone at Siena, celebrating the project’s first concrete pour as construction continues to advance in the heart of Burnaby Heights.

The milestone marks another significant step forward for Siena and reflects the progress underway at the Hastings Street site. Members of the project team, the local community and future Siena homeowners gathered to celebrate the milestone and see the construction progress firsthand.

“Reaching our first concrete pour is an exciting moment for Siena and an important sign of the progress being made on site,” said Kevin Cheung, Founder and CEO of Landa Global Properties. “When we became involved with this project, we saw an opportunity to bring renewed momentum and certainty to an important site in Burnaby Heights. With the first concrete pour now complete, construction will continue to progress as Siena moves closer to bringing a new collection of homes and street-level retail to Hastings Street.
