Landa Global Celebrates Lucent Topping-Off Milestone in Surrey City Centre

 

SURREY, BC – June 10, 2026 – Landa Global Properties celebrated the topping-off of Lucent today, marking the completion of the building’s structural framework and an important milestone toward the delivery of 404 new homes in Surrey City Centre.

The ceremony brought together project partners, consultants, trades, financial partners, and community leaders, including Mayor Brenda Locke, Councillor Linda Annis, and Councillor Mike Bose, to recognize the collective effort behind the project’s progress.

Located in the heart of Surrey City Centre, Lucent is a 26-storey residential tower featuring 404 homes and more than 23,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Since launching in 2023, the project has been well received by homebuyers and is now sold out.

The topping-off ceremony marks another major step toward completion as construction continues on schedule. Upon completion in 2027, Lucent will welcome hundreds of new residents and further contribute to the ongoing transformation of Surrey City Centre into one of Metro Vancouver’s most dynamic urban centres.
