Landa Global Celebrates 10 Years of Successful Residential Real Estate Development Across Canada
Vancouver, November 6, 2023 – On November 4th, Landa Global celebrated its 10th anniversary with a gathering of the city’s leading real estate developers, brokers, contractors, consultants and insiders at CICA art gallery. With more than 300 people in attendance, the company marked this milestone with an exhibit of new renderings showcasing some of the company’s key upcoming projects, as well as the publication of a beautiful coffee table book depicting all of the company’s projects across Metro Vancouver and Toronto.
Over the last ten years, Landa has grown from building luxury boutique condo developments to luxury, starchitect-designed towers and master-planned communities. Today, Landa has more than 3,290,000 square feet of residential real estate holdings in Vancouver and Toronto, including three luxury high-rise towers designed by renowned architects on Alberni Street, master-planned, mixed-use communities in Richmond, B.C. and Toronto and several high-profile luxury residential developments.
“Over the past decade, we’ve grown and learned a lot,” said Mr. Cheung. “There’s a higher level of sophistication now in everything from acquisitions and development to construction. There are many more layers of experience we’ve gained over the last decade that has resulted in things running a lot smoother and in buildings that are truly innovative, thoughtfully-designed and beautiful – inside and out. The biggest change in the past ten years is scale. We are growing and really excited about the bigger projects we are working on.”
Looking ahead, Landa will continue to focus its vision on innovation, not just with the buildings themselves but with the amenities and technology that improve and enrich the homeowner experience. Landa has always had a long-term vision for real estate in Canada, and the company has an exciting line up of new developments with world renown architects, designers and artists, bringing legacy projects to communities across the country.
