Landa’s Surrey Tower, Lucent, Sold Out and Under Construction

Landa Global Properties is thrilled to announce its first Surrey tower, Lucent, is officially sold out, and the sales centre is now closed. The 26-storey, 404 home development at 135A Street & 106 Avenue is currently under construction and will soon become a new landmark tower in the rapidly evolving downtown core of Surrey City Centre, close to amenities, cafes, grocery stores, schools and transit.

“Construction at Lucent, our first Surrey tower, is now well underway and we are thrilled to be part of the remarkable growth in Surrey,” says Kevin Cheung, Landa CEO. “At Lucent, we were able to offer a wide-range of housing options on transit, with high-tech innovations and amenities. We hope this is the first of many developments to come for us in Surrey in the coming years.”

The building, designed by WA Architects and interior designed by BYU Design, incorporates many innovative high-tech features, setting it apart other similar projects with a state-of-the-art user experience. In addition to smart home integration, the building also includes 23,800 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.

Within walking distance of two rapid transit lines (Gateway and Surrey Central Stations), the area is fast becoming a vibrant hub of pedestrian activity supported by transit, walkable retail and other services, including a number of major redevelopments, including the King George HUB by PCI Developments and the recently announced new UBC campus and housing development.
